RESOUND NYC - The new album from MOBY! Following his acclaimed album "Reprise" (May 2021), which featured Kris Kristofferson, Mark Lanegan, Jim James, and Skylar Grey, among others, Moby has now reinterpreted and orchestrated 15 of his most legendary New York tracks from 1994 to 2010. Moby's 20th studio album is not only a reflection on perhaps the most pivotal period in his life, but also on his former home, New York City. He was born there, and it was where his career began – in punk rock and as a DJ in underground clubs. "Before I discovered punk rock, I was at home in classic rock," says Moby. "My first concert was Yes at Madison Square Garden in 1978." So it was more than tempting to take another look at my songs and see if they could stand up to a more traditional, non-electronic, orchestral arrangement." Moby is accompanied on this album by great artists such as Nicole Scherzinger, Gregory Porter, Ricky Wilson and Amythyst Kiah.
